Apply for 2026 Scholarship Funding
At YWCA Vermont Camp Hochelaga, we believe in creating a space accessible to all regardless of financial factors. If you are seeking financial support beyond our tiered pricing, please complete our 2026 Scholarship Application (available after registration, opening January 5th).
To help us support the most campers in attending camp with us that we can, we can only guarantee to meet your scholarship request for up to 2 sessions (per child). While applications to our scholarship are accepted on a rolling basis, we will distribute our first round of scholarship awards by February 15. After this date, we are unable to guarantee scholarship amount. We will continue to reach out on a first-come, first-serve basis for each household we are able to support.
We’ve provided the below chart as a guideline of which scholarship tier your household may be eligible for. This is simply a guide for you, and does not prohibit you from selecting a different option or applying for additional scholarship.
If you have any questions or concerns about these procedures, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at contactus@ywcavt.org
Please keep in mind that you will need to complete our Camper Application and Session selection FIRST for each camper you are registering. Also please keep in mind that your deposit total will reflect the total amounts of sessions you register for (i.e. if you select two sessions of camp the deposit total will reflect two deposits regardless of tier).
Ways to Give
-
Sponsor a Camper
Camp is currently priced at $615 for a week of Day Camp or $1,450 for a week of Residential camp. By donating either of these amounts to our Scholarship Fund, you can be helping a camper attend a session in full.
-
Recurring Donations
If you are not in a place to give a larger donation at this time, we also accept recurring donations. These donations occur once per month, and amounts can go towards sponsoring a camper’s meals, or a portion of their camp experience. Over time, your smaller donations could make a big impact!
