FAQs

  • Please contact Lyle at registration@ywcavt.org or call them at 802-557-2059. This is an easy fix, but our team will need to assist you with this fix.

  • Please allow us at least 24 hours to check our registration portal. We assign Circle of Girls+ forms manually. We will check our system Monday - Thursday and assign this form.

  • This is very important! If you do not receive a confirmation email, but you completed the registration process, this could mean that your payment wasn’t processed and your camper status will not be marked “applied” therefore not saving their spot. Please reach out to Lyle ASAP to get this resolved.

  • Deposits are due electronically upon registration. We take ACH and CC payments. All remaining balances will be due by April 1st. We want to empower our families to make decisions that work best for you. If by April 1st there is an outstanding balance we will work with you to make an appropriate payment plan.
